Deep Hydration & a Natural Lift Without Fillers
A concentrated hyaluronic acid bio-remodeller that restores firmness, texture and radiance by stimulating collagen & elastin — ideal for early-to-moderate ageing, dehydration and laxity. Performed only by our MD dermatologists with a personalised, root-cause plan.
What is Profhilo?
Profhilo® is a skin booster made from ultra-pure hyaluronic acid at very high concentration. Unlike dermal fillers that add volume, it is a bio-remodeller — it spreads across the superficial dermis, hydrates tissue intensely and triggers your own fibroblasts to produce more collagen (type I & III) and elastin.
The result: improved firmness, elasticity, texture and glow — a natural lift without fillers.
- Intense, long-lasting hydration
- Boosts collagen (type I & III)
- Boosts elastin production
- Firmer, smoother, glowing skin
- A volumising filler
- A treatment that reshapes features
- A skin-lightening treatment
- A one-session fix
How bio-remodelling works
Profhilo is a bio-remodeller, not a filler. Instead of adding volume, its high-concentration HA spreads through the skin and switches on your own collagen and elastin.
Over the weeks that follow, that renewed collagen and elastin translate into firmer, smoother, more elastic skin.
Ultra-pure HA spreads across the superficial dermis
Tissue is intensely, evenly hydrated
Fibroblasts are stimulated
New collagen (type I & III) and elastin form
Firmer, smoother, more elastic skin

Safety, side effects & contraindications
Profhilo is very well tolerated when performed by MD dermatologists. Most effects are mild and short-lived.
Uncommon: nodule formation or delayed inflammatory responses (both rare).
Contraindicated: active skin infection, pregnancy, lactation, severe autoimmune disease, or allergy to HA (very rare).
How we minimise risk: sterile technique, MD injection only, pre-screening labs when indicated, and conservative dosing for darker skin types.
Profhilo vs fillers vs skin boosters
Profhilo®
High-concentration HA for bio-remodelling — it spreads and stimulates collagen & elastin, without volumising.
Hyaluronic Fillers
Gels that restore volume & shape — cheeks, lips, jawline.
Skin Boosters (low-conc HA)
Small-volume intradermal hydration — less remodelling than Profhilo.
We often combine approaches — Profhilo for tissue quality, plus strategic fillers for volume restoration.
Profhilo cost in India
